OUR HISTORY
Tennessee Associated Electric has been our Electrical Contractor on our Mod jobs for the last several years in and around the Knoxville area working on jobs with us at the Sunsphere and the University of Tennessee. They are our General contractor on a job we have had going on for the last year at the Park Vista Hotel in Gatlinburg. Anytime I have called Tony, he gets his electricians or subcontractors to get the work I need done in a professional and timely matter. Also, they installed new LED lighting in our office and warehouse — what a difference that has made. So I would like to thank Tony and his guys for all the hard work they have done over the years to make our projects.

NI/Mod Operations Manager, East Tennessee Branch, TK Elevator CorporationTennessee Associated has had our back for years. In our line of work, schedules change daily. We found TA not only provides professional installation service but also works with us when the schedule needs to be altered. A good work ethic and quality at a fair price is why we use them and will continue to use them on future projects.
John Eby
Sales Manager / Applications Engineer, Toledo Integrated Systems, Toledo TransducersTennessee Associated has been a tremendous partner to maintain and improve our facility. Recent events within our location required the need for competent electrical contractors with the ability to make decisions in a fast-moving environment and provide solutions that were robust. Their team of sales, supervision, and electricians provided advice for code compliance, methods to achieve this and in addition, they found solutions that worked. Their team (especially Tony R. and Danny B.) provided direct contact in short order to respond quickly. There was literally not an instance that we did not get a response within hours and a few times, even people onsite immediately if required.
Dennis White
Electrical Engineer, The Carlstar GroupIn January of 2016, we were beginning construction on a cogeneration project that required modifications to our main substation. I was concerned with finding a contractor that could do quality work around a live substation, within budget and on time. A short time later, I was pleased to award TAE this phase of the project. They went on to deliver in every category. In addition, we used them on several other phases of that project and began to use them on small maintenance projects and day-to-day maintenance. TAE remains on site today doing project work, daily maintenance and they are our ‘go-to’ resource when we have power issues.
It is becoming more and more difficult to find a good company with solid leadership, support structure, innovative approach, and willingness to deal with issues to maintain a standard of quality. I have found that with Tennessee Associated Electric.
